Welcome to Bhardwaj Vidyapith (BVP)
It came into existence on March 04, 2012 under the “MANORAMA RAMAWATAR MEMORIAL EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE TRUST”. Since its inception, the institution has been dedicated to nurturing the leaders of tomorrow through quality education and a focus on holistic development.
BVP is located in the heart of Begusarai, Bihar, our institution is recognized by the Bihar Government under RTE and follows a curriculum based on the guidelines of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and committed to academic excellence and instilling strong ethical values.
Spread across a sprawling 17 Katha of land, BVP comprises three well-equipped campuses designed to cater to the educational needs of students. The institution offers classes from Nursery to Grade Eight, ensuring a strong foundation for young learners. As an English-medium school, we aim to provide a well-rounded education, and our teachers impact knowledge in three languages: Hindi, English and Sanskrit.
Our institution is proud to be a part of several important educational initiatives and government programs, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of education and inclusion:
- Registered on UDISE Portal, an initiative by the Department of Education and Literacy under the Ministry of Education, with UDISE No. 10201014701. This ensures that we adhere to the best practices and guidelines laid out by the government.
- Registered on Eshikshakosh Portal, an initiative by the Government of Bihar, with Registration No. 10201014701. This ensures that we follow the guidelines and standards set by the state government to deliver quality education to all students.
- Registered on Gyandeep RTE Portal for the Right to Education Act, with School ID This ensures that we support the right of every child to quality education, particularly for underprivileged children.
- Listed on Esambandhan Portal, a Government of Bihar initiative, with Registration No. 22213142021919101118, connecting schools with the broader educational and administrative framework of the state.
We offer a comprehensive curriculum that adheres to the latest educational standards. Our teaching methodology is designed to engage students in active learning and foster a love for knowledge. From science and mathematics to arts and humanities, we provide a wide range of subjects that cater to diverse student interests.
At BVP, we firmly believe that education extends beyond the classroom. We are committed to nurturing the all-round development of our students by offering a wide range of extracurricular activities that encourage them to explore their interests, discover their talents, and develop essential life skills.
Our extracurricular programs include:
- Sports: We promote physical fitness and building team spirit through a range of indoor and outdoor sports and recreational activities. Our students engage in diverse sports like cricket, chess, ludo 50–200-meter running, sack jumping, jalebi-eating race, spoon and ball running, thread and needle games, chair-sitting competitions, and many more. These activities not only keep our students active but also instill values of teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition.
- Debates and Writing Competitions: To foster critical thinking and communication skills, we organize debates and writing competitions where students can express their opinions, hone their language skills, and engage in healthy intellectual discussions.
- Science Project Design: We encourage scientific curiosity and innovation by hosting science project design competitions, allowing students to bring their ideas to life and explore the world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
- Cultural Programs: Our school organizes various cultural programs like dancing, singing, instrument playing, drama, and skits, providing students with a platform to showcase their artistic talents and embrace cultural diversity.
- Social Initiatives: We also take pride in engaging students in meaningful social initiatives, including participation in awareness campaigns like Swachhata Jhanki, Tobacco-Free District/State Jhanki, and Environment-Saving Jhanki. These activities instill a sense of responsibility towards society and the environment, helping students grow into socially conscious citizens.
BVP is strategically located in the vibrant city of Begusarai, which sits at 25.400 N latitude and 86.130 E longitude, at an elevation of 134 feet above sea level. Our main campus is situated in Sant Nagar, just 4.2 kilometres from Begusarai Railway Station and approximately 131 kilometres from Jayprakash Narayan International Airport, Patna. The campus can be easily accessed via the Matihani-Samho Road, near the Punjab National Bank (PNB), Mohan Eghu branch.
The institution is currently in a phase of rapid expansion, with ongoing development projects that include the construction of hostels, as well as academic and administrative buildings, to better serve our students and staffs.
